Welcome to WEMO records

The music publishing company WEMO records was originally founded in 1994 by Frank Orth, initially in order to market the StringBeats and the songs of their own composer Gerhard Schmitt. However, it has steadily expanded its activities over the years.

For example, it has organized many joint projects with well-known artists such as Terry Sylvester, Graham Bonney, Tony Sheridan, Casey Jones and the Governors and Demian Bell, to mention just a few.

Many recordings have been produced, mostly from live concerts together with the StringBeats. Some of these have been sold in other countries, including the USA.
